Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. 
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction after purchase.

Handmade Characteristics
Each item is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, shape, or appearance are normal characteristics of handmade products. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Due to low temperatures during transit, PVC packaging may crack or become brittle. 
This is considered a force majeure factor and does not qualify for returns or refunds. 
Replacement packaging bags will be included where applicable.

Quality Responsibility
We take full responsibility for product quality before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or has a quality issue caused by our production or handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference or expectations
• Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to handmade products
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use, mishandling, or storage by the customer
• Damage caused after delivery
• Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with

Return Requests
All return or refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the provided evidence.

Once your request is approved,  Please return it to the location we specify.

  • Returns: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days, Deilvery time is 7-15 business days

  • Important Notes

    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
